His courses are mainly run in-house although from time to time public courses are presented. In-house programmes are presented as workshops which are highly participative and aimed at the level of course content and delegates’ needs. In-house courses are charged for on a daily basis which makes this type of employee development cost effective if the right numbers of delegates attend the programme.
